Supported by NSW government, All In is a gender-based violence prevention program providing tools, training and guidance for early childhood educators, families and influential adults.
All In is a one-of-a-kind initiative that seeks to address a widespread and pervasive problem that harms us all: gender stereotypes.
Gender stereotypes directly impact children’s learning, development and wellbeing by emphasising the differences between people, rather than recognising each person as unique and equal.
Rigid gender stereotyping and restrictive gender norms are underlying drivers of gender-based violence. By challenging the causes of violence, we can stop it before it starts.
All In works by promoting healthy respectful relationships when children are young, supporting the next generation build their own futures, free from violence.
All In supports early years education professionals, families and influential adults, offering free training, activities and engaging resources on how to model respect, safety, and equality for the next generation.
The All In program is developed and delivered in partnership by early childhood education professionals, First Nations cultural and ECE experts, and primary prevention practitioners.
All In is grounded in the national Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF): Belonging, Being and Becoming, Our Watch’s national guidance on respectful relationships education, the Anti-Bias Approach in Early Childhood (ed. Dr Red Ruby Scarlet), and the Wiyi Yani U Thangani framework for First Nations Gender Justice.
All In embeds Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community-led ways of Being, Knowing and Doing throughout our work.
We offer free, in-person and online learning opportunities that explore how play, language and storytelling can promote positive, age-appropriate messages about equality, inclusion and respect.
All In provides practical tools and activities to help adults to engage with children early, so they can grow up safe and connected to their communities, culture and identity.
